| 摘 要： | 目的 了解唐山地震弧儿２１年后的心理健康状况。方法 使用事件影响量表、ＳＣＬ－９０、ＭＭＰＩ、应激源和应激反应问卷及生活质量问卷等工具，在唐山地震２１年后对６７名弧儿和６７名非弧儿幸存者进行心理健康状况调查。结果 弧儿心理状况和生活质量与对照组相比无明显差异，也无显示的性别和年龄差异。结论 地震弧儿的心理健康水平与非弧儿幸存者无明显差别。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the mental health status of the orphans of Tangshan earthquake after two decades.Method Sixty-seven orphans and 67 non-orphan survivors of the earthquake occurred in China in 1976,was assessed in mental health by using SCL-90,MMPI,Impact of Event Scale,Source and Symptom Inventory,and Quality of Life Inventory.Results Comparing to the controls,the orphans showed no significant changes in mental health status and quality of life,which were not related to gender and age.Conclusion No significant difference was found in the mental health level between the orphans and non-orphan survivors. |
