| 摘 要： | 报道了HPLC法测定鸡肌肉中磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺甲唑 ,样品中磺胺二甲嘧啶、磺胺甲唑用乙腈—三氯甲烷混合溶剂提取 ,经过净化后进行HPLC分析。本方法以 0 0 1mol L磷酸盐缓冲液∶甲醇∶冰乙酸(75 9∶2 3∶1 1)为流动相 ,在波长 2 70nm测定。鸡肉中加标平均回收率为 :磺胺二甲嘧啶 79 0 %～ 86 4% ,相对标准差 3 6%～ 9 7% ;磺胺甲唑 74 7%～ 86 5% ,相对标准差 3 5%～ 7 9%。

| Abstract: | Sulfamethazine and sulfamethoxazole in muscle of chicken was extracted by mixture of acetonitrile and chloroform. After being clean up, they were determined by C18 column using HPLC at 270 nm. The liquid of 0.01 mol/L phosphate buffer:methanol:acetic acid (75.9:23:1.1) was used as the mobile phase. The recovery of sulfamethazine was 74.7%-86.5%. The RSD was 3.6%-7.9%. The recovery of sulfamethoxazole was 74.7-86.5%. The R.S.D was 3.5%-7.9%. |
