| 摘 要： | 脂联素是由脂肪细胞特异分泌的一种生物活性分子,与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗等多种疾病相关。近几年关于脂联素与乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌、子宫平滑肌瘤、白血病、结肠直肠癌、胃癌、前列腺癌等几种恶性肿瘤的相关关系及其作用机制的研究取得了较大的进展。

| Abstract: | Adiponectin is a specific secretory protein produced by adipocytes.Plasma adiponectin levels are intimately associated with obesity and insulin resistance.It is reported that adiponectin is nega- tively associated with the risk of malignancies,such as breast cancer,endometrial cancer,leukaemia,color- ectal cancer,gastric cancer and prostate cancer.Meanwhile the underlyiug mechanisms is fairly elucida- ted. |
