谷胱甘肽转移酶T1基因型与苯中毒遗传易感性

摘    要:目的 探讨谷胱甘肽转移酶T1(GSTT1)基因多态与苯中毒遗传易感性的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链式反应 (PCR)方法对 3 5例苯中毒病例、44例苯作业工人及 2 6例正常对照组的GSTT1的基因型进行了检测。结果 苯中毒患者组GSTT1缺失基因型频率为 60 % ,明显高于正常对照组的 46 15 %和苯作业工人组的 40 91% ,但未出现统计学意义(P >0 0 5 )。结论 GSTT1基因多态与苯中毒遗传易感性无关。但由于例数不多 ,这一结果有待于进一步研究证实

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphism of glutathione S|transferase T1(GSTT1) and susceptibility to benzene poisoning. Methods GSTT1 genotype for 35 patients with benzene poisoning and 44 workers exposed to benzene and 26 healthy control were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results The frequency of GSTT1 null genotype was 60% in patients with benzene poisoning,which was higher than workers exposed to benzene(46^15%) and control(40^91%).But there were no significant differences in statistic analysis.Conclusion Genetic polymorphism of GSTT1 and susceptibility to benzene poisoning were indifferences.But the conclusion should be further identified because the result was based on small numbers.
