丹参川芎嗪联合围刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛40例

目的:观察丹参川芎嗪静脉滴注联合围刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:将80例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用丹参川芎嗪10mL静滴,1次/d;围刺治疗,1次/d。对照组口服加巴喷丁300mg、维生素B120mg、腺苷钴胺片500μg,3次/d。2组均以治疗15天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组有效率82.5%,对照组有效率70.0%。结论:丹参川芎嗪联合围刺法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效较好。关键词带状疱疹后遗神经痛;丹参川芎嗪;围刺

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of DanShen ChuanXiongQin Injection Combined WeiCi Acupuncture in Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia: a Report of 40 Cases

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of DanShen ChuanXiongQin injection combined WeiCi acupuncture for postherpetic neuralgia.Methods：80 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group intravenously received 10 mL with DanShen ChuanXiongQin injection,and WeiCi acupuncture once daily;the control group was treated with gabapentin 300 mg,vitamin B1 20mg and adenosine cobalt amines 500 μg three times daily.Clinical effects were evaluated for 15 consecutive days.Results：The effective rate is 82.5% in treatment group and 70.0% in control group.Conclusion：DanShen ChuanXiongQin injection combined WeiCi acupuncture is effective for postherpetic neuralgia.
