摘    要:【目的】探讨行为转变模式对糖尿病患者健康教育效果的影响。【方法】收集120例糖尿病患者,采用分阶段行为转变模式进行健康教育,对比教育前后患者自我效能、生存质量及服药依从性。【结果】教育后患者的各项自我效能评分、各项生存质量评分及服药依从率均显著高于教育前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】采用行为转变模式对糖尿病患者进行健康教育,能够有效提高患者的自我效能水平与生存质量,提高服药依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of Behavior Conversion Mode on the Efficacy of Health Education in Patients with Di-abetes Mellitus

Abstract:Objective]To explore the influence of behavior conversion mode on the efficacy of health edu-cation in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods]A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus were collect-ed and intervened by the staged behavior conversion mode of health education.Self efficacy,quality of life and medication compliance of patients were compared before and after health education.Results]After health edu-cation,the self efficacy score,quality of life score and medication compliance rates of patients were significant-ly higher than those before health education,and there were significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion]Application of behavior conversion mode for health education in patients with diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the patient's self-efficacy level and life quality,and increase medication compliance.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
