| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨舒适护理在子宫切除病人中的应用效果。方法]将128例子宫切除病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,观察两组病人术后疼痛程度和术后恢复情况。结果]观察组病人术后6h疼痛评分明显低于对照组,术后首次肠排气时间及下床时间较对照组缩短（P〈0.05）。结论]舒适护理能提高子宫切除术后病人的舒适度,有利于病人术后康复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the applied effect of comfort care in hysterectomy patients.Methods：A total of 128 cases of uterine resection patients were divided into control group and observation group randomly,the control group cases were given routine nursing,and observation group cases accepted the comfort care,then to observe and compare the postoperative pain and postoperative recovery of two groups of patients.Results：The pain score of observation group patients after 6 h was significantly lower than that of the control group,first bowel exhaust time and get-up time after operation were shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Comfort care can increase comfortable degree of patients after hysterectomy,and is profit to postoperative rehabilitation of them. |
