390名社区居家高龄老年人生活质量现状及影响因素分析

目的]了解80岁以上社区居家高龄老年人生活质量现状,并分析其影响因素。方法]采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对上海市390名80岁以上居家高龄老年人进行问卷调查,并采用t检验和方差分析研究其影响因素。结果]居家高龄老年人生理领域、心理领域、社会关系、环境领域等得分依次为44.60分±11.02分、48.15分±10.32分、55.85分±9.85分、42.34分±11.15分,各领域均显著低于常模水平(P<0.01)。性别、居住方式、文化程度、经济水平、患慢性疾病种数和每天服药种数是影响社区居家高龄老年人生活质量的主要因素,各因素在生活质量的不同领域对高龄老年人的影响存在显著差异。结论]社区居家高龄老年人生活质量整体较差,应引起社会及社区卫生服务部门的足够重视。

The status quo of quality of life and its influencing factors of 390 community- dwelling senile aged

Objective：To know about the status quo of quality of life （QOL）and its influencing factors of people more than 80 years old living at home. Methods：A total of 390 community - dwelling senile aged more than 80 years old in Shanghai were investigated by the WHOQOL- BREF questionnaire. The influencing factors were analyzed by t - test and analysis of variance. Results：The scores were in turn 44.60±11.02,48. 15±10.32,55.85±9.85,42.34±11.15 respectively in the physical domain, psychological domain, social relations and the environmental domain. The score of each area was significantly lower than the norm （P〈0.01）. The main influencing factors of QOL were gender, dwelling style, education level, economic level,the number of species suffering from chronic diseases and daily drug administration. There were significant differences for each factor in different areas of QOL of the oldest people. Conclusion. The o- verall QOL of the community - dwelling senile aged is poor, which should be paid sufficient attention to by the social and the community health services.
