| 摘 要： | 目的]总结妇产科腹腔镜手术病人的围术期护理。方法]对1 022例妇产科腹腔镜手术病人加强围术期护理,强调术前加强心理护理、皮肤护理、胃肠道和阴道准备、留置导尿管,术中加强护理配合、监测生命体征的变化,术后加强一般护理、尿管及引流管护理、疼痛护理等。结果]本组病人手术成功1 019例,中转开腹手术3例。结论]加强妇产科腹腔镜手术病人的围术期护理是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the perioperative care of patients undergoing laparoscopic operation in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods：Perioperative care was strengthened for 1022 patients undergoing laparoscopic operation in department of obstetrics and gynecology,emphasized on strengthening mental nursing,skin care,gastrointestinal tract and vagina preparation,indwelling urinary catheter before operation,strengthening nursing coordination and monitoring change of vital signs during operation,and strengthening general nursing,urinary catheter and drain pipe nursing and pain care after operation.Results：the operation of 1019 patients succeeded,and 3 cases turned to laparotomy.Conclusion：To strengthen the perioperative care is the guarantee of successful operation for patients undergoing laparoscopic operation in department of obstetrics and gynecology |
