责任包干制护理模式在特需病房临床护理中的应用

目的]探讨责任包干制护理模式在特需病房临床护理中的应用效果。方法]根据现有的人力资源,将病房床位分为4个责任小组,采用连续性排班模式,每个责任包干小组固定1名责任护士,分管约10例住院病人,对分管的病人全面负责,包括出入院护理、生活护理、专科护理、病情观察、治疗、康复、健康教育、护理记录的书写等,与实施责任包干制护理模式前的护理效果进行比较。结果]实施责任包干制护理模式后,护理措施落实、基础护理落实、主动巡视病房、治疗及时性、健康教育知晓率、护理文件书写及时性、病人满意程度都有了显著提高,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。结论]责任包干制护理模式提高了护理质量,提高了病人对护理工作的满意度,增强了护士的责任心和工作积极性。

Application and understanding of responsibility contract system nursing mode in clinical nursing at special wards

Objective：To probe into the applied effect of responsibility contract system nursing mode in clinical nursing at special wards.Methods：According to the present human resources,the wards beds were divided into 4 responsibility groups.Using the continuous shift arrangement mode,one nurse was fixed in each responsibility contract group,who was in full charge of about 10 inpatients,including admission and discharging care,life care,specific nursing,observation of pathogenetic condition,treatment,rehabilitation,health education,nursing records writing and so on,then to compare the nursing effect between before and after the application of responsibility contract system nursing mode.Results：After the application of responsibility contract system nursing mode,the nursing intervention and basic nursing implementation,active visiting the wards,treatment in time,awareness of health education,nursing documents writing in time,and the satisfaction degree of the patients have been significantly improved（P0.001）.Conclusion：Responsibility contract system nursing mode improves nursing quality and the satisfaction degree of the patients to nursing work,enhance responsibility and working enthusiasm of nurses.
