开放式虚拟实验教学在基础护理学中的应用

目的]探讨开放式虚拟实验教学在基础护理学中的应用。方法]选择我院2009级护理本科班112名学生为观察组,2008级护理本科班104名学生为对照组,观察组采用开放式虚拟实验教学法,对照组采用传统开放实验室法。比较两组学生基础护理技能操作考核成绩,观察组学生对模拟综合实验教学效果的评价。结果]观察组学生基础护理技能操作考核中操作技能、分析解决问题能力、创新能力成绩均优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组大部分学生对模拟综合实验教学效果评价良好。结论]开放式虚拟实验教学法能提高护理学生的操作技能水平及综合实践能力,有利于培养设计能力和创新意识。

Application of open virtual experimental teaching in basic nursing

Objective：To probe into the application of open virtual experimental teaching in＂basic nursing＂.Methods：A total of 112 nursing undergraduates in 2009 grade in our college were selected as observation group,and 104 nursing undergraduates in 2008 grade as control group.The open virtual experimental teaching was carried out for the observation group cases,while the control group cases accepted traditional open experimental teaching.Then the test results of basic nursing skills of the two groups were compared.Results：In basic nursing skills assessment,the test results of operation skill,analytical problem-solving ability and innovation ability in observation group were prior to that of control group（P0.05）;Most of students in observation group had a good evaluation to virtual experimental teaching effect.Conclusion：The open virtual experimental teaching can improve nursing students＇ operation skills and comprehensive practical ability,and is profit to cultivate their design ability and innovative consciousness.
