闭孔疝八例临床诊治体会

目的：探讨闭孔疝的临床诊治特点。方法：回顾分析1980年以来的8例闭孔疝患者的临床资料。结果：闭孔疝属罕见腹外疝。病人多发生于瘦弱的老年女性，以肠管壁疝为主。临床初发以不全性肠梗阻为主要表现，病人多合并有其它系统疾病。加之临床医生对本病的认识不足，手术治疗往往不积极，以致肠坏死，甚至肠瘘。结论：对于老年人肠梗阻，应提高对本病的警惕性，经短暂非手术治疗不能解除梗阻时，要积极手术探查。手术前后要注意纠正水、电解质紊乱，改善和维持重要脏器功能，努力提高生存率。

Experience in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Obturator Hernia(A Report of 8 Case)

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of obturator hernia.Methods:The Clinical materials of 8 cases of obturator hernia were studied retrospectively. Results: Obturator hernia was a kind of outside abdominal hernia. It usually occured in elderly gaunt (thin with poor health) women;parietal hernia was its main type.Most patients suffered from other system diseases.Because doctors paid little attention to obturator hernia,operation chances were so delayed that intestines were strangulated.Conclusion:Doctors should keep a vigilance on obturator hernia.When intestinal obstruction in an elderly man can not be solved after a short-time non-operative treatment,operation should be performed earlier.
