| 摘 要： | 目的研究南方荚蒾(Viburnum fordiae Hance)的显微特征及提取液的紫外吸收光谱特征。方法对该药材的性状特征、横切片及粉末的显微特征进行观察,对提取液进行紫外光谱分析。结果该药材有明显的显微特征,氯仿提取液有明显的紫外吸收峰。结论本方法可作为鉴别依据。

Pharmacognostical studies on viburnum fordiae hance |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the Viburnum fordiae Hance about the morphological characteristics, the powder characteristics, and the UV absorption characteristics. Methods: Microscopic observation of character characteristics, morphological characteristics, and the powder characteristics were used on Viburnum fordiae Hance.And then we used UV absorption spectrometry to detect the extracting solution. Conclusion: There are obvious microscopic characteristics about the morphology and the powder on Viburnum fordiae Hance. And the absorption maximum is observed in the UV spectrum by the chloroform extract.Conclusion:The results provide scientific basis for its indentification. |
