| 摘 要： | 为证实跌打止痛液对软组织损伤的治疗效果，对经临床确诊的４５０例软组织损伤患者，随机分为跌打止痛液组（治疗组）３３５例与正骨水组（对照组）１１５例进行对照研究。结果：治疗组临床治愈率为４８．６６％（１６３／３３５），有效率为９６．１％（３２２／３３５）；对照组临床治愈率为１３．０４％（１５／１１５）．有效率为７８．３％（９／１１５）；经统计学处理，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明跌打止痛液具有较强的舒筋活络、消肿止痛、活血化瘀功效，是治疗急慢性软组织损伤的有效药物。

| Abstract: | To compare the therapeutic efficacy of Dieda Zhitong Ye(canaegetic lotion for injuries)and Zhenggu Shui(bonesetting lotion) for soft tissue injuries, 335 ptients with soft tissue injury were randomized to receive Dieda Zhitong Ye and 115 to receive Zhenggu Shui for external use. The results showed that clinical cure rate was 48. 66% (163/335) and effective rate was 96. 1 % (322/335) in Dieda Zhitong Ye group, and 13. 04% (15/115) and 78. 3% (90/115) respectively in Zhenggu Shui group, the difference being statistically significant (P<0. 01). It is indicated that Uieda Zhitong Ye had much better effect of relieving rigidity of muscles and collaterals, relieving swelling and pain and promoting blood circulation by ermoving blood stasis. |
