| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多个大容量扩张器在治疗头部巨大瘢痕性秃发中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我科2003年以来应用多个大容量扩张器治疗16例头部巨大瘢痕性秃发患者的临床资料。计算瘢痕面积及所需扩张的容量,选择300~600ml扩张器,一期手术置入瘢痕区域周围正常皮下,扩张满意后2~4周取出扩张器、切除瘢痕、局部推进、旋转或轴型皮瓣修复创面。结果16例患者共治疗21处瘢痕,置入扩张器35个。修复面积最大14cm×16cm,所有患者均得到有效治疗;4处术后并发血肿,其中1例切口愈合不良扩张器外露。结论多个大容量扩张器在治疗头部巨大瘢痕性秃发中效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical application of multiple skin expander to the treatment of cicatricial calvities.Methods Sixteen patients with cicatricial calvities treated by multiple skin expanders in our department since 2003 were reviewed retrospectively. We calculated the expanded volum and selected 300-600 ml expanders which were put under the aponeurotica gales nearby the scars.
