综合疗法治疗急性眼表热烧伤的疗效观察

目的探讨综合疗法治疗急性眼表热烧伤的可行性及疗效。方法回顾性分析53例（73眼）急性眼表热烧伤住院病人的综合治疗情况，对其临床治疗进行总结。结果73眼中，Ⅰ度及Ⅱ度烧伤62眼全部治愈，角膜透明，视力≥1．0（包括矫正视力）；Ⅲ度烧伤7眼全部治愈，其中5眼留有角膜云翳，2眼留有角膜斑翳，睑外翻1眼，视力0．5～1．0；Ⅳ度烧伤4眼，3眼角膜遗留不同程度的斑云翳，1眼角膜白斑，2眼睑球粘连及眼睑闭合不全，视力均有不同程度恢复，病人满意。结论综合疗法治疗急性眼表热烧伤，可有效地促进创面的修复，减轻炎症反应，减少其并发症的发生，为二期手术做准备。

The Clinical Observation about Combination Therapy of Acute Ocular Surface Burns Hot

Objective Explore the feasibility and efficacy about the combination therapy in treatment of acute ocular surface burns hot.Methods Retrospective analysis of 53 cases (73 eyes) acute ocular surface burns hot comprehensive treatment of patients,summed up the effect of clinical treatment.Results In 73 eyes,Ⅰ degree and Ⅱ degree burns 62 eyes all cured,corneal transparency,sight≥1.0 ( including corrected visual acuity);Ⅲ degree bums 7 eyes all cured,5 eyes have corneal nebula cloud spot,2 eyes have corneal spot shade,1 eye have eyelid eversion,sight 0.5～1.0;Ⅳ degree burns 4 eyes,3 cornea spot left by varying degrees of shade,1 eyes have cornea leukasmus,2 eyelid adhesions and eyelid ball dysraphism,restore vision in varying degrees,patient satisfaction.Conclusions General therapy of acute ocular surface burns hot can promote wound repair,reduce the inflammatory response,reduce the incidence of complications,ready to do surgery for the second phase.
