骨形态发生蛋白的提取、纯化及诱导成骨的实验报告

摘    要:①目的提取、纯化牛骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)并验证其异位诱导成骨的活性。②方法采用生物化学方法提取并纯化出BMP,植入家兔肌肉和豚鼠颅骨中进行动物实验研究。③结果植入BMP组,14d即有成纤维细胞转化为成软骨细胞;第21,28天形成软骨和骨组织。成年豚鼠颅骨缺损修复实验中,植入BMP后第28天即有骨痂生成,84d时颅骨缺损修复完整。④结论BMP有明显的异位诱导骨形成作用

SEPARATION, PURIFICATION OF BONE MORPHOGENETIC PROTEIN AND STUDY OF ITS ACTIVITY OF OSTEOGENESIS
Abstract:Objective To separate and purify bovine bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) and study its function of osteogenesis. Method BMP were separated and purified through biochemical method and implanted into rabbit muscle and the skull bone of guinea pigs. Result Histological study found that 14 days after implantation of BMP, there were transformation of fibroblast into chondroblast in the surrounding area. On the 21st and 28th day, there were cartilage and bone tissue formation. X ray film examination showed callus formation on the 28th day after implantation. On the 84th day the skull bone defect was completely repaired. Conclusion BMP has obvious osteogenesis function.
