多层螺旋CT心电门控冠状动脉重建对冠心病的诊断价值

目的评价16层螺旋CT用于诊断冠心病的价值。方法对28例临床诊断或疑似冠心病患者进行16层螺旋CT心电门控平扫及增强扫描,以选择性冠状动脉造影结果为对照,初步评价多层螺旋CT冠脉成像用于诊断冠心病的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确度。结果 16层螺旋CT冠脉造影用于诊断冠心病的敏感度为80．0％、特异度为91．4％、阳性预测值为77． 4％、阴性预测值为92．6％、准确度为88．4％。结论 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影是一种无创、简便的冠脉成像方法,对冠心病的诊断有较高的准确性,可作为冠心病的筛选方法。

The evaluation of diagnostic value for coronary heart disease with muti-slice spiral CT

Objective To evaluate the value of sixteen-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods Sixteen-slice spiral CT scanning were performed in 28 patients with known or suspected coronary heart disease. As compared with selective coronary angiography, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of sixteen-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in diagnosing coronary artery disease were primarily evaluated. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of sixteen-slice spiral CT coronary angiography were 80. 0%,91. 4%,77. 4%,92. 6% and 88. 4%, respectively. Conclusion The sixteen-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is a noninvasive and simple imaging technique, and it has the potential screening value for coronary heart disease with high accuracy.
