深圳市区1247名已婚女教师常见妇科疾病调查分析

目的了解已婚女教师常见妇科疾病的患病情况,给今后做好常见妇科疾病的防治和妇女保健工作提供科学依据.方法采用常规临床检查结合细胞学涂片以及B超、CT、红外线扫描等检查.结果常见妇科疾病总患病率为38.33%,妇科疾病、乳腺疾病患病率分别为28.31%和10.02%,不同年龄组间患病率差异有显著性.患病率较高的疾病为宫颈炎、乳腺增生、阴道炎和子宫肌瘤.结论女教师的健康应引起社会的关注和有关部门的重视,加强妇女保健工作.

Investigation of regular gynecopathy in 1247 married teachers in Shenzhen city

Objective:To find out the regular gynecopathy of married teachers in order to give the scientific opinion to female health care and therapy them later.Methods:Clinic routine checks combin ing with cytology paint,B ultrasonography,CT and the infrared scan etc . Results: The attack rate of regular gynecopathy was 38.33%. T he attack rate of gynecopathy and breast diseases were 28.31% and 10.02% resp ectively. The attack rates in different age group are distinct .The diseases wi th high attack rate were cervicitis,breast hyperplasia,vaginitis and the m yoma of uterus.Conclusions: The society and the relative depart ments should pay attention to the health of female teachers and strengthen the f emale health care.
