中药熏蒸配合敷脐治疗小儿遗尿症62例疗效观察

目的观察中药熏蒸配合敷脐治疗小儿遗尿症的临床疗效。方法将118例遗尿症患儿随机分为治疗组62例与对照组56例，治疗组予中药遗尿散熏蒸配合敷脐，对照组予盐酸甲氯芬酯胶囊口服，治疗28d后比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90．3％，对照组为80．3％，2组总有效率经统计学分析，差异有统计意义（P〈0．05），说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中药熏蒸配合敷脐治疗小儿遗尿症具有良好的疗效，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of 62 cases of infantile enuresis treated with herbal fumigation and umbilical application

Objective To observe the clinical effect of herbal fumigation and umbilical application on infantile enuresis. Methods 118 cases of infantile enuresis were randomly divided into treatment group with 62 cases and control group with 56 cases. The treatment group was given herbal fumigation and umbilical application, the control group was orally given Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride Capsules. After 28 days treatment, curative effects between the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.3 %, the total effective rate of control group was 80.3%. The treatment group was superior to control group ,the difference had statistical significance （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The herbal fumigation and umbilical application had a good curative effect in the treatment of infantile enuresis,being worthy of clinical application.
