注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星在不同输液中的稳定性考察

目的考察室温下6h内,注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星与4种输液配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后0～6h内甲磺酸帕珠沙星的含量变化,同时观察外观及紫外吸收光谱的变化。结果室温下6h内甲磺酸帕珠沙星与4种输液配伍后外观、含量、紫外吸收光谱均无显著变化。结论室温下,6h内,注射用甲磺酸帕珠沙星可与4种输液配伍应用。

Observation of stability of pazufloxacin injection in different infusions

Objective To observe the stability of pazufloxacin injection compatible with 4 common used infusions at room temperature for 6 hours.Methods UV method was used in 0～6 h,changes of appearance and UV absorption spectrum of the mixture were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the appearance,contents and UV absorption spectrum of pazufloxacin and 4 mixtures at room temperature for 6 hours.Conclusion Pazufloxacin injection is compatible with 4 infusions at room temperature for 6 hours.
