摘    要:目的:开发和研制1种具有高精度的牙颌模型数字化三维重建系统.方法:采用自行开发和研制的先进层析扫描技术,获得数字化正畸用牙颌模型的STL文件,并在此基础上开发软件建立起包含正畸所需牙颌分析诊断用信息的ODS文件,完成牙颌畸形的诊断、计算机辅助设计和矫治模拟等功能.结果:系统具有较高的精度和良好的可重复性,系统的牙颌模型分析诊断用软件可以实现基于数字化牙颌模型的模型分析、指标测量以及初步诊断等功能.结论:基于层析扫描的牙颌模型数字化技术精度高,获取信息完整,是1种可以实现过程自动化的高效率的模型分析诊断系统.

Abstract:Objective:To research and develop a new system which can reconstruct three dimensional digital models of high precision.Methods:With the advanced destruction scanning technique,three dimensional digital model STL files were obtained,and then software system was developed to establish ODS model files which could convey all useful information for the further analysis and diagnosis of malocclusion.Results:This system was of high precision and repeatability.Model measurement?analysis and primary diagnosis can be achieved based on the newly developed CAD and CAM orthodontic software system.Conclusion:This system can provide precise digital models in their integrity,the process can be performed automatically.The applications of this three dimensional digital technique in the field of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment is an innovative accomplishment.
