Delayed diagnosis of rupture of the main bronchus |

| Abstract: | A case of a bronchus rupture with delayed diagnosis is reported. The symptoms of tracheobronchial lesions are discussed. With this case report the authors wish to bring attention to a rare but increasingly common injury in patients with multiple trauma. |
