| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹针治疗中风偏瘫患肢水肿的临床疗效.方法随机设立治疗组(腹针组)30例和对照组(一般针刺组)30例,分别用腹针和一般针刺的方法治疗,观察其对中风后偏瘫患肢水肿的疗效.结果总有效率治疗组为83.3%,对照组为50.0%,腹针组疗效优于一般针刺组(P＜0.05).结论腹针治疗中风偏瘫患肢水肿疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of abdominal acupuncture on limb dropsy induced bystroke hemiparalysis. Method The treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=30) were set up randomlyand treated respectively with abdominal acupuncture and acupuncture only. The curative effects on limb dropsyinduced by stroke hemiparalysis in two groups were observed. Result The total effective rate of the treatmentgroup was 83.3 % and that of the control group, 50.0 %. The curative effect of the treatment group was betterthan that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The abdominal acupuncture has a reliable curative effecton limb dropsy induced by stroke hemiparalysis. |
