脑梗塞早期脑组织损伤与谷氨酸、门冬氨酸及超氧化物歧化酶之间的关系

摘    要:利用原来制作脑梗塞动物模型的方法,以21只杂种狗分成对照组、手术组和治疗组三种,分别测定其脑组织中谷氨酸、门冬氨酸和超氧化物歧化酶的含量。结果表明,手术组脑组织谷氨酸、门冬氨酸的含量明显高于对照组和治疗组(P<0.05),手术组脑组织超氧化物歧化酶的含量明显低于其他二组(P<0.05),同时统计处理发现手术组病灶侧脑组织谷氨酸和超氧化物歧化酶二者之间的变化存在着明显的负相关关系(f=-0.98;P<0.01)。治疗组脑组织谷氨酸、门冬氨酸以及超氧化物岐化酶的含量与对照组相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05),说明“仙苔合剂”不但能减轻脑梗塞早期由自由基引起的脑损伤,而且对由兴奋性氨基酸所致的脑损伤也有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Using the same procedure as used in the animal model of brain infarction reported previously, 21 mongrel dogs were divided into three groups:the control group (n=8), operation group (n=8) and treatment with "ShanDai Mixture" group (n=5), to measure the contents of Glu, Asp and SOD of the braintissue in the early stage of the cerebral infarction,The results indicated that the contents of Glu and Asp of the brain tissue in the operation group was significantly higher than that of the control group as well as the treatment group (P<0. 05);and the SOD contents of the brian tissue in the operation group was obviourly lower than in the other two groups (P<0.05), At the same time the negative correlation between the contents of Glu and SOD of the brain tissues in the operation group had been found as well (r=-0.98; P<0.001). However there were nosignificent differences between the contents of Glu, Asp and SOD in the treatment group and that in the control group. It is reasonably suggest that "Shan Dai Mixture" not only reduce the brain injury suffered from free radicals in the early stage of the cerebral infarction, but also played an important role in alleviating the brain injury induced by the excitatory amino acids,and that the correlation between the free radicals,and excitatory amino acids should be established.The referring mechenisms are to be examined further more.
