攀枝花市彝族和汉族吸毒人员流行病学差异比较

目的比较分析攀枝花市彝族和汉族海洛因依赖者的流行病学差异。方法采用问卷调查方式随机抽取2007年1月1日至2008年1月1日进入攀枝花市某戒毒所和本院自愿戒毒治疗的海洛因依赖者共258例，其中彝族128例，汉族130例，进行访谈，记录访谈情况，进行横断面研究。结果彝族和汉族吸毒者在婚姻状况、文化程度、家人多人滥用尤其是夫妻双方吸毒、滥用药物、滥用药物的资费来源上差异有统计学意义。结论彝族和汉族海洛因依赖者有不同的流行病学特点，禁毒重在预防，应对不同人群实施不同的防治措施。

Epidemiological comparison of Yi and Han drug addicts in Panzhihua City

Objective To compare and analyze epidemiological difference of Yi and Han heroin abusers in Panzhihua City. Methods A random sample cross-sectional study was performed in 258 cases of heroin abusers （Yi ones 128 cases as Yi group and Han ones 130 cases as Han group） in a certain detoxification station or our hospital from Jan. 1, 2007 to Jan. 1, 2008 by questionnaire. Results There were significant differences between Yi and Han heroin abusers in marital status, education, family people abusing drug, polydrug use, expense for drug, especially for those couples are both heroin abusers. Conclusion Yi and Han heroin abusers have different epidemiological feature in drug abuse. Drug prohibiting should lay stress on prophylaxis. Different prevention and cure countermeasures were aimed at different people.
