泻肺平喘灵水煎液中功效成分的鉴定

目的 建立中药复方汤液泻肺平喘灵的色谱方法，鉴定其主要功效成分。方法 采用梯度洗脱色谱分析法，且与标准品的保留时间比较；流动相:乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液，梯度洗脱；检测波长:254 nm；柱温:30 ℃；流速:0.8 mL/min。结果 从泻肺平喘灵水提物中共检出18种成分，鉴定出盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、丹酚酸B、大黄酸、芦荟大黄素、大黄酚等6种成分。结论 所建立的色谱方法稳定性高、重现性好，为下一步血清药物化学方法研究及构效关系研究奠定基础。 

Identification of Main Components in Water Decoction of Xiefei Pingchuan Ling with HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish the chromatographic method of Xiefei Pingchuan Ling water decoction， and analyze its main components. METHODS The retention time of sample and standards were compared by gradient elution chromatography method. Acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid aqueous solution (gradient elution) was used as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The detection wave length was 254 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS 18 components were separated from Xiefei Pingchuan Ling extract， and ephedrine， pseudoephedrine hydrochloride， salvianolic acid B， rhein， aloeemodin and chrysophanol were identified. CONCLUSION The established HPLC method shows high stability and good reproducibility， and provides a basis for further study on serum pharmaceutical chemistry and structure-activity relationship.
