| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不明原因反复自然流产(URSA)发生的可能机制,为临床治疗提供依据。方法随机选取URSA患者28例作为病例组,同期正常妊娠要求人工流产者20例作为对照组,运用免疫组织化学SP法检测两组绒毛组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达、微血管密度(MVD)值。结果URSA组绒毛发育不良,VEGF表达强度、MVD值显著低于对照组;两组绒毛组织VEGF表达与MVD值均呈正相关。结论绒毛组织VEGF表达、MVD值降低及绒毛发育不良与URSA的发生存在相关性。
