| 摘 要： | 目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合带蒂球结膜瓣移植术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析翼状胬肉115例（95眼）的临床资料，行翼状胬肉切除联合带蒂球结膜瓣移植术为治疗组，行单纯切除术为对照组，比较2组疗效。结果随访6个月～18个月，治疗组中有2眼复发，复发率为3．3％；对照组中有14眼复发，复发率为25．9％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合带蒂球结膜瓣移植疗效优于单纯切除。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of pterygium excision combined with conjunctival flap autograft. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 115 cases of 95 eyes with pterygium. The treatment group was treated by pterygium excision with conjunctival flap transplantation,and the control group was treated by pterygium excision only. A comparision was made on the two groups.
