中医辨证施治结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察中医辨证施治结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将150例患者随机分为2组。治疗组78例,采用中医辨证施治结合牵引治疗;牵引组72例,单纯采用牵引治疗。2组均10日为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率48.72%,愈显率82.05%;牵引组痊愈率27.78%,愈显率58.33%。2组结果经统计学处理,均有非常显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论中医辨证施治结合牵引具有有效、安全、治愈率高的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of combination of traditional medicine differentiation treatment and lumbar traction on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protusion

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of combination of traditional medicine differentiation treatment and lumbar traction on patients with lumbar intervertebral protusion. Methods 150 patients with lumbar intervertebral protusion were randomly divivded into treatment group(n=78) which was given traditional medicine differentiation treatment and control group(n=72) which was only treated with lumbar traction.Clinical effectiveness was observed in ten days' treatment in the both groups.Results The cure rate and the apparate rate in the treatment group and the control group were 48.72%,82.05% and 27.78%,58.33% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of traditional medicine differentiation treatment and lumbar traction has a definite effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protusion.
