| 摘 要： | 介绍22例上肢周围神经损伤后进行综合性康复治疗的方法及疗效。方法:对患者进行了包括营养神经药物、支具、物理治疗、运动训练和作业训练等一系列康复治疗措施。结果:22例中,优良率达到86％,有效率为95％。结论:神经损伤后不论是进行保守治疗或手术治疗,同期采用康复治疗是提高疗效的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To introduce the methods and results of comprehensive rehabilitation after peripheralnerve injuries in the upper extremities. Methods: A series measures of rehabilitation therapy were carried out in 22 patients of peripheral nerve injuries. These included neurotrophic medicines, splint, physical therapy, exercise therapy and occupational therapy. Results: The clinical results were satisfactory. Its effeciency was 95% , and the rate of excellent and good results was 86%. Conclusion: Whatever may be the choice of management after peripheral nerve injuries , conservative or operative therapy, simutaneous application of rehabilitation therapy can greatly improve the therapeutic effect. |
