浙贝母生物碱体外透皮吸收的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究浙贝母中主要成分生物碱的透皮吸收特性,考察不同浓度溶剂及常用渗透促进剂Azone对其透皮特性的影响。方法:采用药物透皮扩散试验仪进行体外扩散实验,选择离体大鼠背部皮肤为渗透屏障,用UV检测法测定样品中生物碱的含量。结果:浙贝母中主要生物碱的70%乙醇溶液、95%乙醇溶液均可透过大鼠背部皮肤,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但渗透系数较小;Azone对其无显著促渗透作用(P>0.05)。结论:此法将为其经皮给药制剂研究提供可靠实验依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study percutaneous absorption of main alkaloids in Fritillaria Thunbergii in vitro and the effects of some commom enhancer Azone and solvent in different concent rations value on it.Methods:Drμg permeation tests were performed throμgh excised rat skin in the diffusion cell and main alkaloids concentration in samples was determined by UV.Results:Main alkaloids could penetrate throμgh excised rat skin with lower permeability coefficient(P0.01);2%Azone has not markedly promotive effect on transdermal penetration of main alkaloids.Conclusion:The research will p rovide experimental data for skin administration of Chinese medicine containing main alkaloids in Fritillaria Thunbergii.
