摘    要:目的:优选复方决明子胶囊的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(3^4)正交试验,以处方出膏率和大黄酚的提取率为指标,以乙醇浓度、加醇量和提取时间为考察因素,筛选复方决明子胶囊最佳醇提取工艺;以出膏率为指标,以溶媒用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,筛选复方决明子胶囊的最佳水提取工艺条件。结果:复方决明子胶囊最佳乙醇提取工艺条件为以55%乙醇为提取溶媒,提取2次,每次加液量10倍,第一次2.5h,第二次2.Oh;最佳水提取工艺条件为加10倍量水煎煮2次,第一次3h,第二次2h。结论:优选试验得到的提取工艺稳定、可行,适用于生产实际。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extracting process for compound Juemingzi capsules. Method: The optimum alcohol extracting process was selected with extraction efficiency of chrysophanol and the ammount of extractum. Orthogonal experiment with table L9 ( 3^4 ) was used to study the effects of alcohol concentration, the volume of solvent and the decocting time. The optimum water extracting proccedure was inspected with the ammount of extractum. The orthogonal experimental design was adopted with the amount of water, decocting times and time as inspecting factors. Result: The optimum alcohol extracting condition was determined as 10 times of 55% alcololic aqueous extracting 2.5h for the first times, and 2h for the second time. And the optimum water extracting process was determined as 10 times of water extracting 3h for the first times, and 2h for the second time. Conclusion: The optimum extraction procedure is reasonable, simple, convenient, and can provide theory basis for the production of compound Juemingzi capsules in practice.
