腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证舌苔微生态的初步研究

摘    要:目的通过观察腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证患者舌苔微生态变化,为中医辨证论治提出重要依据。方法对腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证2 1例,脾虚证2 2例,及健康人2 5例舌苔微生态进行对比测定。结果腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃湿热证病人与正常组比较:( 1 )在舌苔细菌比例中,湿热证组革兰阴性杆菌和阴性球菌明显高于正常组,而革兰阳性杆菌、阳性球菌明显低于正常组;( 2在舌苔菌群密集度方面,湿热证组明显高于正常组;( 3)在舌苔菌群多样性方面,湿热证组明显高于正常组。与脾虚证组比较:( 1 )在舌苔细菌比例中,湿热证组革兰阳性杆菌和革兰阳性球菌明显下降,而革兰阴性杆菌和革兰阴性球菌明显上升;( 2 )在舌苔菌群密集度方面,湿热证组明显高于脾虚证组;( 3)在舌苔菌群多样性方面,湿热证明显高于脾虚证组。结论说明脾胃湿热证舌苔存在菌群失调。

Abstract:We conducted the preliminary studies on fur microecosystem of l ienteric enterovulnerability syndrone, of which 21 cases were splenogastric damp ness and heat, 22 were spleen asthenia syndromes and 25 were healthy people. The result showed the comparison between lienteric enterovulnerability patients wit h splenogastric dampness - heat and healthy people was as follows: (1) as for th e fur bacteria, the rates of gram-negative bacilli and negative cocci were highe r in the dampness-heat group than in the healthy people group,while the rates of gram-positive bacilli and positive cocci were lower in the dampness-heat group than in the healthy people group; (2) the fur flora density in dampness-heat gro up is much higher than that of the healthy people group; (3) the fur flora varie ty in the dampness group was more than that of the healthy people group. Compare d with the spleen asthenia group: (1) as for the fur bacteria rates, gram-posit ive bacilli rate and gram-positive cocci were markedly reduced, while the gram-n egative bacilli rate and gram-negative cocci were markedly higher; (2) the flora density in the dampness-heat group was higher than that of the spleen asthenia group; (3) as for the flora varieties, the dampness-heat goup was more than that of the spleen asthenia group. The above result showed that for a imbalance exis ted in the fur of splenogastric dampness-heat syndrome.
