| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨子痫前期血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平与子痫前期严重性的相关性.方法 26例正常晚期妊娠妇女,32例轻度子痫前期妇女,26例重度子痫前期晚孕妇女.以MAP作为疾病严重性的指标,测定血浆ox-LDL和CRP水平,与MAP行相关性分析.结果 血浆CRP及ox-LDL水平在轻度和重度子痛前期组明显高于正常晚孕组;子痫前期组MAP和CRP(r=0.264,P=0.023).MAP和ox-LDL(r=0.256,P=0.0275)之间存在明显的相关性.结论 子痫前期时ox-LDL和CRP水平升高,与疾病的严重程度存在正相关性.
