| 摘 要： | 【目的】建立RP-HPLC法测定解心痛胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。【方法】采用RP-HPLC法,以Hypersil ODS C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）为固定相,乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液（30：70）为流动相,检测波长270nm,流速为1.0ml/min。【结果】淫羊藿苷在0.045～0.360μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9998,n=5）,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.77%（n=6）。【结论】该方法简便快捷,重复性好,可用于解心痛胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective] To establish a method for determining the content of icariin in JieXinTong capsules by RP-HPLC.Methods]An RP-HPLC method was set up to determine the icariin by using Hypersil ODS C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）column,and acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid（30︰70）as mobile phase.The UV detection wavelength was 270 nm and the flow rate being 1.0 ml/min.Results] The calibration curve was showed good linearity（r=0.9998,n=5）within the range from 0.045 to 0.360μg and the average recovery was 99.6%,RSD was 0.77%（n=6）.Conclusions]The method is simple,and with good reproducibility for the determination of icariin in JieXinTong capsules. |
