糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的临床观察

目的观察糖尿病患者行白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术的临床效果及其安全性。方法对37例56眼糖尿病患者行白内障超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术,随机选择非糖尿病患者45例(68眼)作为对照组,两组手术方法相同,观察术中,术后的反应及术后的视力。结果糖尿病组56眼术后术后1周矫正视力>0.5者46眼(82.1%),对照组68眼术后术后1周矫正视力>0.5者57眼(83.8%),差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后并发症亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者白内障行超声乳化吸出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术是安全的,有效的。

A clinical observation of cataract extraction of Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular iens implantation in diabetics patients

Objective To study the clinical effects and the safety of the operation of phacoemulsification combined with intracolar lens implantation in diabetics.Method There were two groups of patients,including 37diabetics and 45 nondiabetics. Two groups were treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Result The post-operative corrected visual acuities of 0.5 or better were achieved in 46of 56 (82.1%) diabetic eyes and in 57 of 68 (83.8%) nondiabetic eyes. The comparision between the two groups showed that there was no significant diffrence in intra-operative or post-operative complications (P>0.05).Conclusion Cataract extraction of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in diabetics is safety and effect
