| 摘 要： | 目的了解柳州市结核病防治工作落实情况，为制定结核病控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2004--2007年柳州市结核病项目报表资料进行统计分析。结果2004--2007年新发涂阳肺结核病人平均登记率为30．91／10万，活动性肺结核年平均登记率为92．57／10万，涂阳病人年平均治愈率91．67％，涂阳肺结核病人年平均病死率1．37％。结论通过结核病项目的开展，柳州市结核病疫情得到了有效控制。

| Abstract: | Objective] To understand the implementation of tuberculosis （TB） control in Liuzhou, and provide scientific evidence for developing TB control measures. Methods] A statistical analysis was conducted on the data of TB project report forms. Resuits] The average registration rate of the new smear positive TB patients from 2004--2007 was 30.91/100 000, the annually average registration rate of active TB was 92.57/100 000, the annually average cure rate and death rate of smear positive TB patients was 91.67% and 1. 37% respectively. Conclusion] Through the implementation of TB control project, TB epidemic has been effectively controlled in Liuzhou. |
