110个离体上颌第一恒磨牙近中颊根根管形态研究

目的：观察中国人上颌第一恒磨牙近颊根的形态特点。方法：将110个中国人离体上颌第一恒磨牙制作成透明牙，5倍放大镜下按照Vertucei分类法观察近中颊根根管形态特点。结果：上颌第一恒磨牙近颊根根管形态1—1型、2-1型、1-2—1型、2—2型、1—2型、2-1—2型和其他型分别为32．7％、36．4％、5．5％、19．1％、3．6％、0．9％和1．8％，近颊根双根管发生率为65．5％。结论：近颊根的形态比较复杂，双根发生率超过50％，应引起重视。

Mesiobuccal root canal morphology of one hundred and ten extracted maxillary first molars

Objective： To study the mesiobuccal root canal morphology of maxillary first molars in Chinese population. Methods： 110 maxillary first molars were cleared and observed by magnifying glass （×5.0）,The types described by Vertucci were used to determine the canal morphology. Results： In mesiobuccal root canal type1-1 ,type2-1 ,type1-2-1, type2-2,typel-2,type2-1-2 and additional types were 32.7% ,36.4% ,5.5% ,19.1% ,3.6% ,0.9% and 1.8%. And two canals in one root were located in 65.5%. Conclusion： The morphology of mesiobuecal root canal system is complicated. The incidence of two canals is over 50%.
