| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法将52例患者随机分为西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组,各组26例。西医治疗以护肝、降酶为主,中西医结合组在西药组的基础上加用中医药辨证诊治。结果中西医结合组临床痊愈22例,有效4例;西医组临床痊愈14例,有效11例,无效1例。经统计学分析,P<0.01。结论中西医结合组治疗疗效明显优于西医组。

The Observation of CTM and WM for Chronic Hepatitis B(A Report of 26 Cases) |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of healing chronic hepatitis B with CTM and WM methods. Methods 52 cases were divided into western healing team and the CTM and WM team(every team 26 Cases). Western healing team with recovery liver function and reduce trandaminase, CTM and WM team on the base of western healing team. Metching TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation. Results CTM and WM team clinical cured 22 cases. 4 cases were valid. The western team cured 14 cases. 11 cases were valid. One was invalid. P<0.01. Conclusion The curative effect of CTM and WM team is better than that of the western team. |
