| 摘 要： | 为探讨β-受体阻滞剂在充血性心力衰竭中的作用，本文采用高选择性β-受体阻滞剂比索洛尔（商品名为康可）治疗充血性心力衰竭病人，并与对照组比较。结果治疗组的左室射血分数（LVEF）、心输出量（CO）、舒张早期和晚期充盈速度比值（A／E）、平均动脉压（MAR）、心率（HR）值明显优于对照组，P＜0．05。结论：治疗充血性心力衰竭时在应用正性肌力药物的基础上应用β-受体阻滞剂，能提高疗效，改善病人的预后。

| Abstract: | To discus the action of Beta - adrenergic receptor blocking agent on the congestive heart failure . Methods : Biso prolo was used to treat the congestive heart failure patients comparing with the control group .Results: All data (LVEF, CO,A/E, MAP, and HR of treated group )were better than the control group significantly . Conclusion : The betaadrenergic recep tor blocking agent used to treat congestive heart failure based on the positive inotropic active drugs could elevate the curerate and improve the prognosis . |
