| 摘 要： | 目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定愈伤灵胶囊中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18液相柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17:83)为流动相,检测波长为316nm,流速为0.9ml/min。结果:阿魏酸在0.01~0.16μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.5%;测得愈伤灵胶囊中含有阿魏酸的含量为66.8μg/颗。结论:该方法专属性强,重复性好,可用于愈伤灵胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop a method for determination of ferulic acid in Yushangling capsule.Method: The Kromasil C18 column and acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid(17:83) were used as the stationary and mobile phase respectively.The wavelength was chosen at 316nm and the flow rate was 0.9ml/min.Results: The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.01～0.16μg for ferulic acid(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.5%.The content of ferulic acid in Yushangling capsule was 66.8μg/capsule.Conclusion: The method was sensitive and accurate.It can control the quality of Yushangling capsule effectively. |
