髋部骨折老年患者的并存症及对康复的影响

目的 明确老年髋部骨折患者并存症现况,重视其对康复的影响.方法 统计321例60岁以上髋部骨折患者并存症的数量、病种和分布,分析并存症与健康状况、功能康复、生命留存的关系.结果 321例中80%患有并存症,共计心、肺、脑、糖尿病等主要并存症469人次,发生率最高为"心"、80岁后肺炎显著多于其它组;49例因并存症而卧床不起,52例因并存症在一年内死亡,肺炎是高龄患者的首位死因.结论 老年人髋部骨折普遍患有并存症,对康复和生存具有决定性影响,妥善处置是成功康复的关键.

Co-existing diseses of hip fracture among elderly patients and their effects on recovery

Objective Undorstand current situation of co-existing diseases of hip fracture among elderly patients ; and acknowledge the importance of their effects on recovery. Methods Collect data of co-existing diseasese from 320 hip fracture cases with patients 60 and older, analyze the effects of co-existing diseases on health condition, function recovery, and life-span. Results 80% of the 321 hip fracture cases have co-existing diseases, with a total of 469 individual casese of different forms of co-existing diseases such as heart diseaes, pneumonia, brain disease, and diabetes. Heart disease is the highest occurred coexisting disease. Pneumonia happened more often among patients 80 and older than the rest age groups. 49 patients were confined to bed due to co-existing diseases. 52 patients died within a year after a co-existing disease was diagnosed. Pneumonia is the most frequent cause of death among these patients. Conclusion It is very common to have co-eixsting diseases after hip fracture among elderly. Co-existing diseases have determining affects on recovery and surviving the hip fracture. Proper treatment plans are the key to successful recovery.
