放疗与微波烧灼联合治疗食管癌疗效分析

目的探讨放疗与微波烧灼联合治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法62例食管癌患者随机分为常规放疗组和联合治疗组，两组患者放疗方法相同，采用6MVx直线加速器前正中和背部两斜野三野照射，剂量为2Gy／次，5次／周。总剂量50—60Gy／5～6周。联合治疗组放疗第1、2、3周同时给予微波烧灼治疗，每周1次，连续治疗3周。结果联合治疗组完全缓解率为45．2％，常规放疗组为22．6％；1、3,5年生存率联合组分别为：64．．5％、29．0％、19．4％，常规放疗组分别为45.2％、19．4％、9．7％，两组有显著差异（P=0．026）。结论放疗与微波烧灼联合治疗食管癌是有效的。

Analysis on effect of esophageal cancer treated by radiotherapy combined with microwave cauterization

Objective To study the clinical effect of esophageal cancer treated by radiotherapy combined with microwave cauterization. Methods 62patients were randomized separated into radiotherapy along group and combined modality group .the two groups of patients were administered the same radiotherapy using one anterior beam and two posterior oblique beams. The time-dose fraction is 2Gy one day and 5 times per week. The total dose is 50~65Gy in 5-6weeks. Patients of combined treatment group were given microwave cauterization during the first three weeks in one time per week. Results the complete response rate of combined treatment group is 45.2%, while in the radiotherapy alone is 22.6% The survival of the 1-, 3- and 5 year overall survival of the combined treatment group is 64.0%, and 19.4%, respectively. While in the radiotherapy alone group is 45.2%, 19.4%, and 9.7%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P=0.026). Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with microwave cauterization is more effective than radiotherapy alone.
