全髋关节置换术后患者预防置换关节脱位的护理

笔者报道全髋关节置换术后患者预防置换关节脱位的护理。主要包括加强护士业务培训，做好患者和家属健康教育，护士掌握正确的搬运、制动方法；患者掌握正确的床上卧位、锻炼方法、上下床方法和辅助器的使用；做好出院指导．如日常生活，拐仗使用时间及复查。护理92例患者无1例出现关节脱位。有效地配合了医疗，提高了全髋关节置换手术的质量。

The preventive nursing of patients with dislocation after total hip replacement

The author reported the preventive nursing of patients with dislocation after total hip replacement. The main points included enhancing nursing profession training, emphasizing the health education of patients and their dependents. In addition, nurses were requested to learn correct methods of moving and stopping, patients were requested to learn the correct position on the bed, training methods, the usage of assistant device, and guidance for discharge such as daily life, the time of using crutch and check should also be performed well. None of 92 patients was found dislocation in nursing. The main points mentioned above cooperate with treatment effectively, and improve the quality of total hip replacement.
