孕妇被动吸烟对自身健康及胎儿生长发育的影响

目的 :研究被动吸烟对孕妇健康及胎儿生长发育的影响。方法 :以整群抽样的方法对兰州市 3所医院在 2 0 0 3年3月 15日～ 8月 2 0生产的 2 3 6名孕妇被动吸烟情况采用自制问卷进行调查。于入院时采集孕妇唾液 ,分娩时采取脐带血 ,用吡啶-巴比妥酸法定量分析唾液硫氰酸盐含量 ;用巴比妥酸比色法测定脐带血可铁宁含量 ;同时在孕妇生产时测量新生儿体重。结果 :孕妇被动吸烟量不同 ,其唾液中硫氰酸盐含量不同 ,二者呈正相关关系 ;不同被动吸烟量的孕妇脐带血可铁宁含量均有显著性差异 ;不同被动吸烟量的孕妇所生产新生儿体重差异有显著性。结论 :被动吸烟对孕妇自身健康及胎儿生长发育均有影响

Effects of passive smoking on pregnant woman's health and growth of fetus

Objective:In order to investig ate the influence of passive smoking on pregnant women and fetus's health Methods:A questionnaire made by authors was answered by 236 pr egnant women about their situation of passive smoking including quantity and th e number of year of smoking in the family and working environment At the same time pregnant woman's saliva and umbilical cord blood were collected The sulpho cyanate in their saliva was determined with pyridine-barbiturate method;the cot inine in their umbilical cord blood were determined with barbiturate method The weight of fetus were measured at the time of birth Results:The content of sulphocyanate in saliva was differe nt upon the quantity of passive smoking of pregnant wome;there are significant d ifference of cotinine in their umbilical cord blood among groups of different qu antity of passive smoking;there are significant difference of weight of fetus be tween group 0 and group 2 and 3,group 1 and group 3 Conclusion:Passive smoking of pregnant woman will influenc e the health of pregnant women and fetus
