| 摘 要： | 目的:观察"输液式"关节冲洗配合中药内服外洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:采用关节冲洗配合内服仙灵骨葆及外用中药熏洗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎32例。结果:32例经治疗总有效率为93%。结论:"输液式"关节冲洗术配合中药内服外洗治疗膝骨性关节炎创伤小、操作简便、安全可靠、疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of the＂fluid＂ type joint irrigation and herbal fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods：32 patients with knee osteoarthritis received the combination of joint irrigation with oral XianLing GuBao and herbal fumigation. Results：The total efficiency was 93%.Conclusion：The combination of the＂fluid＂ type joint irrigation and herbal fumigation is an effective way to treat knee osteoarthritis with advantages of minimal invasiveness,easy operation, safe and reliable method and curative effect affirmation. |
