微创治疗脑出血的疗效观察与临床体会

目的：探讨立体定向微创治疗脑出血的临床意义。方法：1998年11月～2007年6月我科共微创治疗脑出血脑出血患者298例，总结其临床资料，分析微创治疗脑出血的时机、方法、及临床转归。结果：立体定向微创治疗脑出血掌握好适应证、手术时机、手术方法能明显改善预后。结论：立体定向钴颅血肿引流术具有定位准确、操作简便、手术微创、不需要全麻等特点，对于重要功能区及深部血肿更能显示其优势。对于较大的血肿也可多角度、分次穿刺手术，是治疗脑出血的有效方法

The Therapeutic Effect and Clinical Experience of Micro-Injury Operation on Hypertension Cerebral Hemorrhage
