香烟烟雾对大鼠血脂和脂质过氧化的影响

摘    要:目的通过环境香烟烟雾(ETS)染毒模型,观察香烟烟雾对大鼠血脂水平及体内脂质过氧化的影响。方法正常8周龄SD大鼠20只,随机分为二组:吸烟组(10只)和对照组(10只),吸烟组大鼠每天染毒2h。比较测定大鼠血脂水平和血清、肝脏和肺脏的MDA含量和SOD活性。结果吸烟组大鼠连续染毒8周后,血清TG明显高于对照组(P<0.05)、HDL-C明显低于对照组(P<0.05);血清和肝、肺组织中MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05)、而SOD活力明显降低(P<0.05)。结论环境香烟烟雾可引起大鼠血脂紊乱,并造成血液、肝脏和肺脏的脂质过氧化损伤。

Abstract:Objective To study effects of environmental tobacco smoking on serum lipids and lipid peroxidation in rats.Methods Twenty healthy 8-week old SD rats were randomly divided into following 2 groups:smoking group(n=10) and control group(n=10).The rats were exposed to ETS for 2 every day.The contents of serum lipids,MDA concentration,and the activity of SOD in serum,lung,and liver were measured respectively.Results After being exposed to ETS for 8 weeks,the levels of TG in smoking group were significantly higher than those of control group.The levels of HDL-C in smoking group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The content of MDA in serum,lung,and liver of exposed rats was significantly higher than that of controls(P<0.05),while SOD activity was lower in serum,lung and liver of exposed rats(P<0.05).Conclusion ETS leads to dyslipidemia,and induces lipid peroxidation damages in blood,lung and liver of exposed rats.
