摘    要:目的 用血液动力学、心肌超微结构及神经体液指标评价左室辅助装置(LVAD)的有效性。方法 ,对20条急笥左心衰犬进行高,中、低流量的180min左室辅助,观察其对上述指标的影响。结果 LVAD可使急性左心衰犬各项血流动力学指标迅速趋于稳定,血浆肾素,血管紧张素Ⅱ,内皮素下降,一氧化氮升高,与心力衰竭时差异有显著意义;使心肌细胞水肿和线粒体肿胀减轻。结论 不同辅助流量对急性左心衰时支持均有效,但以中

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of left ventricular assist device (LVAD) on acute left ventricular failure in dogs. Methods A model of acute left ventricular failure was established and then LVAD with a pneumatic pulsatile sac-type pump was performed for 180 minutes. The changes of hemodynamics ultrastructure of myocardium and the neuroendocrine activation were assessed at different flows (high, middle and low) during the period of 180 minutes. Results Pulmonary capillary wedged pressure, plasma renin activity, angiotension II, endothelin were significantly decreased the mean aortic pressure, cardiac index, left ventricular work index and nitric oxide were significantly improved during LVAD. The swelling of cells and mitochondria were reduced. Conclusion It is beneficial to use LVAD at different flows on acute left heart failure, the best effect was obtained with medium flow.
